Single occupancy rooms will be charged at £74.50 +VAT per room per night.

Double / twin occupancy rooms will be charged at £90.25 +VAT per room per night.

The Red Lion is approximately a 5 minute walk to the conference centre.

All rooms have direct dial telephone, internet access (modem and wireless), digital Freeview television/DVD/CD/radio (however, DVDs and CDs are not provided) and en-suite facilities with bath and shower.

The Holiday Inn Express, just seconds walk from Whittlesford Parkway train station, is approximately a 5 minute drive to the conference centre. Please note, there is no direct paved walking route from the Holiday Inn to the Campus.

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning, flat screen TV, telephone and free wireless internet access for the first 2 hours of use. You will be charged £5.00 thereafter. The hotel also offers a relaxed licensed bar and lounge area.

A coach will be provided on the evening of 30th November to transport delegates from the Wellcome Genome Campus to Fitzwilliam College for the drinks reception and gala dinner. A further coach will be provided on the morning of 1st December from Cambridge city centre back to the Genome Campus. Both coaches are provided on a first come, first served basis.
