UK and Eire Glaucoma Society Meeting

Welcome to the UK and Eire Glaucoma Society Meeting 2011. This year the meeting will be held at the Manchester Museum of Science and Industry.

We have responded to the positive feedback received from the 2010 meeting and retained the two day format with symposia and keynote lectures?

This year's programme will include:

  • Symposium on Glaucoma Service Delivery and Pathways with presentations representing four nations within UKEGS
  • Symposium and interactive session on Glaucoma Revalidation in 2012
  • Research Showcase with presentations from Leading Research Teams
  • Symposium on Recent Advances on Glaucoma Laser and Angle Microsurgery
  • Keynote Lectures
  • Prizes for the best paper and poster presentations
  • Announcement of IGA Research Award (£50,000)
  • Commercial exhibition
  • Welcome Dinner on 1st December with pre-drinks entertainment

The programme will be ROCphth-CPD and GOC-CET approved.
